Audrey Jean Jones, age 84, died on Jan. 11, 2016, in El Dorado Hills, CA, after a long and courageous battle with Alzheimers disease. At her request, no service will be held.

She was born in Los Angeles, CA to Marie and Jim Booth, and was the 8th of 9 children. She met her first boyfriend, Worley Jones, who worked with her at Van de Kamp's bakery. They married and eventually settled in Montclair, CA.

Audrey loved music and played the piano, harmonica, and loved to sing. She was a talented seamstress and re-upholstered furniture. She loved camping in their motor home with the 10-10 club, enjoyed their second home in Lake Havasu, AZ, and enjoyed gardening. She worked as a bank teller for Security Pacific Bank and was an account clerk for the Ontario-Montclair School District. She loved spending time with her many friends and family.

Audrey is survived by her brother Victor Booth of Austin, TX; daughter, Marsha Carls of Folsom, CA; Grandson Jeff Carr of Vancouver, WA; Granddaughter Jill Carr of Folsom, CA; 5 Great Grandchildren - Lydia, Sophie, Lucy, Josiah, and Jeremiah; and special friend Sue Trujillo of Montclair, CA.

She is predeceased by her husband Worley C. Jones of Montclair, CA and her son, Ken Jones, of Prescott, AZ. Audrey, Worley, and Ken's cremains will be scattered together in Lake Havasu where they loved to spend their time.
